With our shopping cart, it is easy to order online. As you are browsing the products, make your selection by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can add or remove products as you wish. To complete your order, simply select the ‘checkout’ button and follow the steps. We will require your postage and payment details. You can purchase online with Visa or Mastercard.

Shipping Details and Delivery Costs

Your products are delivered by Courier or Australia Post. All postage and handling charges are based on weight and calculated as per Australia Post Calculator. Please note that deliveries with Australia Post are not insured.

Product Availability

We endeavour to have all the products you request in stock. Some products we do not always have in stock. Where relevant, this is specified in the product description. You will be contacted within 1 working day if there will be any delays to your order.

All products remain the property of CoolGreen until they have been paid for by you. We are not required to deliver until payment has been received in full.
We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All warranties and representations are otherwise fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We have carefully selected these products however if you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item unopened within 10 days and we will provide a full product refund (delivery costs excluded).

For any damaged products, please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will replace.
